Get the Details

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu concentrates on dominating your opponent by using angles, leverage, and superior body positioning to control an opponents body movement. A person that has a superior position is in a better situation to apply a finishing hold or to start striking. This style allows for a smaller person to defeat a much larger attacker. This is ideal training for kids.

BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and in self-defense situations. BJJ is considered a martial art, a sport, a method for promoting physical fitness and building character, and a way of life.
