Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and self-defense system that focuses on grappling, holds and ground fighting. People around the world have used BJJ to defend themselves, gain confidence, compete, and lose weight.


Kids Classes
Our Juanaconda Kids program teach children (6 and older) the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and anti-bullying. Kids will have the opportunity to build their skills in a safe and fun environment.
