I don’t care where you are in your fitness journey. By the way, it is a journey, because everyone has up’s and down’s and detours along the way. I believe in practicing form first, which is what I implement in my classes.

There are so many things people do incorrectly that can thwart their exercise progress. For example, having the wrong foot alignment during squats can keep your hips from proper movement, which will impede the depth of your squat. Another example is not keeping a neutral spine, which could cause your back to be out of alignment. This can then cause knee pain, neck pain and back issues.

It is not as important to lift heavy weights, as it is to do it CORRECTLY. Lifting weights or even body weight movements will give you the most benefit when done correctly. So, always remember… form is first!
